Product Specialist (Fintech)

Location: İstanbul, Turkey; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Analyze product data and user behavior from technical and business perspectives to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, support, brokerage, marketing, and external partners to define and test features.
• Create and maintain feature specifications, benchmarks, product documentation, and reports.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for new products and support product strategies and roadmaps.
• Define, manage, and improve CX and CS operations standards, procedures, and workflow optimization roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a strong interest in building a career in Product.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and extract insights using Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and Google Sheets.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis methods, including SQL and Python.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, from user requests through production rollout, and the role of different systems in the process.
