Senior CRM Executive (CRM and Growth Marketing): Designing and optimising CRM programmes, customer journeys, and retention strategies across Irish, Australian, and US markets with an accent on segmentation, customer insights, and campaign measurement. Focus on building targeted audiences, evaluating control groups, and scaling successful initiatives across international teams.
Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid, with 1–2 days in the office

What you will do
- Develop customer engagement and retention strategies across Irish, Australian, and US markets.
- Deliver triggered communications, reminders, newsletters, and broader CRM initiatives across multiple channels.
- Design, update, and implement customer journeys for new initiatives and changing customer needs.
- Use market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends to identify opportunities and bring innovation to CRM programmes.
- Work with analytics teams on customer segmentation, targeted audiences, and campaign measurement frameworks including control groups.
- Collaborate with UK and Greetz CRM teams to identify and scale successful initiatives across New Markets.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in CRM and a strong interest in customer engagement and retention.
- Experience using CRM platforms and Email Service Providers, ideally Sailthru.
- Experience with reporting and analytics platforms such as Tableau and Sailthru Analytics.
- Ability to use customer insights and external trends to identify opportunities that add value for customers.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Availability for a 6-month fixed-term contract and hybrid work in London.
