CRM Executive (Beauty)

What you will do

• Build and schedule email templates using in-house CRM tools.
• Segment customer databases and update automated and triggered email campaigns.
• Implement A/B tests to optimise email campaign performance.
• Own the email calendar for assigned beauty brands and coordinate brand and trading requirements.
• Analyse and report on campaign performance, presenting findings to stakeholders and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Support the execution of the global CRM strategy across email, SMS, and push notifications.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of email marketing experience.
• Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including digital copywriting experience.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence using Excel.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, assertive attitude and an interest in the beauty industry.
