What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, interpreting briefs and challenging requirements to ensure optimal solutions.
• Develop insights and write briefs to assist the planning and creative process.
• Present creative work to clients and manage the feedback loop.
• Collaborate with the data team to develop audience strategies for CRM communications (emails, push notifications).
• Manage project finances, including estimations, budget reconciliation, and end-of-month invoicing.
• Partner with implementation teams to ensure campaign strategies are technically feasible within the CRM system.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Manager specializing in CRM.
• Passion for technology and experience working within an agency environment.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams including Creative, Strategy, and Data departments.
• Must be based in London, UK.
