What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, interpreting briefs and challenging requirements to ensure optimal solutions.
- Develop insights and write briefs to assist the planning and creative process.
- Present creative work to clients and manage the feedback loop.
- Collaborate with the data team to develop audience strategies for CRM communications (emails, push notifications).
- Manage project finances, including estimations, budget reconciliation, and end-of-month invoicing.
- Partner with implementation teams to ensure campaign strategies are technically feasible within the CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager specializing in CRM.
- Passion for technology and experience working within an agency environment.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams including Creative, Strategy, and Data departments.
- Must be based in London, UK.
