What you will do

• Develop and deliver CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail.
• Create compelling customer journeys and consistent messaging across multiple touchpoints.
• Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.
• Utilize customer insights and performance data to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure compliance with brand and business requirements.

Requirements

• Experience managing CRM or customer marketing campaigns from development through to delivery.
• Ability to use customer data and insights to drive campaign performance.
• Hands-on experience with direct marketing channels (email, SMS, push, direct mail).
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, or Marketing Cloud.
• Must be based in London for hybrid work (40% office attendance).
