CRM Manager (Fintech)

Location: London office or remote within the UK, with occasional meetings in London.

Salary: £68,000–£92,000 per year, dependent on experience, plus performance-based incentive awards.

What you will do

• Establish CRM foundations across EU markets, from onboarding and activation through long-term retention and engagement.
• Own always-on campaigns and lifecycle journeys across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Identify data points and events required for new CRM journeys and develop segmentation strategies.
• Translate performance data into campaign optimisation opportunities, hypotheses, and experiments.
• Collaborate with product, data, engineering, legal, compliance, country, and marketing stakeholders.
• Build scalable processes, documentation, campaign QA, and regulatory controls for EU CRM operations.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish or Italian with confidence communicating with customers, local stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Hands-on experience launching CRM in a new market or region, ideally from scratch.
• Experience taking campaigns from scoping and planning through approval, build, testing, analysis, and iteration.
• Proven CRM experience designing and implementing campaigns and automated journeys across email, push, and in-app channels.
• Experience with a CRM delivery platform; Braze experience is preferred.
• Fintech or financial services experience, including awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements, plus strong analytical and organisational skills.
