Transformation Project Consultant I (Healthcare)

Location: Remote opportunity based in Livonia, Michigan, with travel to hirify.global sites required 10%–20% of the time

What you will do

• Manage complex, medium to large transformation, change facilitation, and process improvement initiatives from inception through close-out.
• Define project scope, requirements, roles, resources, budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple operating units and teams.
• Maintain risk and issue logs, resolve problems, mitigate risks, and communicate project status to leadership, governance groups, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, prepare executive presentations and written summaries, and support strategic, financial, and operational decision-making.
• Lead process improvement efforts that reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve operational effectiveness.
• Coach project analysts and team members while facilitating collaboration, communication, and decision-making across a matrixed organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
• Five to seven years of product line or technology solution experience, including complex project management and executive leadership interaction.
• Experience across four or more business operations disciplines, with expert knowledge in at least two areas.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, presentation, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, and MS Project; knowledge of integrated, system-wide applications and technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously in an ambiguous matrix environment, meet deadlines, and travel to hirify.global sites as needed.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• PMP certification, Lean practitioner certification, or Six Sigma Green Belt.
