Founding Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California; on-site five days a week at the Financial District office

Salary: $150K–$200K per year

hirify.global is an applied AI company building a software assistant that learns users' voice, judgment, relationships, and priorities to perform work across email, calendar, documents, Slack, and CRM.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle technical recruiting from sourcing through closing for engineering roles, including staff backend, AI product, and growth engineering.
• Support selected product and design searches as needed.
• Deliver a high-touch, fast, thoughtful, and human candidate experience.
• Build and maintain recruiting infrastructure, interview processes, and evaluation systems that improve speed and hiring signal.
• Partner closely with founders, hiring managers, and company leaders on critical searches.
• Use hirify.global's AI product to improve sourcing, outreach, and recruiting coordination.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Track record of hiring staff-level engineers in backend, AI/ML, infrastructure, or similar areas.
• Ability to build strong top-of-funnel pipelines and close difficult candidates.
• Technical fluency sufficient to hold credible conversations with engineers and evaluate resume signal.
• High agency, strong ownership, and willingness to make decisions quickly and iterate.
• Exceptional written communication and ability to represent hirify.global with warmth and precision.
