Associate Customer Engineer – Network (AI Infrastructure)

Location: On-site in Bellevue, Washington; candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the greater Seattle/Bellevue area.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize scalable network architectures in laboratory and production environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing, switching, data center, and network security technologies.
• Develop Python or Bash automation scripts for configuration, monitoring, and diagnostics.
• Work with hyperscaler engineering teams on technical syncs, code reviews, and project scoping in Mandarin and English.
• Support customer proof-of-concepts, early trials, production deployments, and escalations.
• Document solutions and present technical findings to engineers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a graduate-level program in network engineering, computer science, computer engineering, internetworking, or a related field with hands-on, lab-based learning.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols, switching technologies, and network security concepts.
• Full professional fluency in Mandarin and English, written and verbal, is required.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or another scripting or programming language.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Linux system administration experience.
• Familiarity with SDN platforms, network automation tools, or simulation software.
• Exposure to multi-vendor networking environments such as Cisco, Juniper, or Arista.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
