TL;DR
Project Manager (NeuraGym Global Roll-out) (Robotics): Delivering new NeuraGym locations end to end, from site selection and lease negotiations to robot procurement, facility fit-out, infrastructure setup, and operational handover with an accent on multi-site rollout execution and cross-functional coordination. Focus on managing parallel gym projects, coordinating contractors and suppliers, tracking budgets and dependencies, and building scalable rollout processes.
Location: On-site in Metzingen / Riederich, Germany

develops robotics products, including humanoid, mobile, and quadruped robots used in the NeuraGym rollout.
What you will do
- Own the end-to-end delivery of new NeuraGym locations, from site identification through go-live handover.
- Evaluate sites within a 200 km radius of anchor enterprise partners and complete location decisions within a two-month window.
- Lead lease negotiations, coordinate due diligence, and align contracts with the 36-month SPV sale-and-lease-back model.
- Coordinate procurement of robots, servers, IT infrastructure, and gym equipment against delivery timelines.
- Manage the three- to four-month fit-out phase, including contractors, cell installation, access control, and readiness checks.
- Maintain project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, commercial fill-up, operational handover, and weekly leadership reporting across multiple projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in capital-intensive build-out, facility rollout, or construction projects, ideally with multi-site delivery.
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate leasing, fit-out coordination, and contractor management.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and external partners in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, servers, and power and cooling requirements for data-heavy hardware.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple parallel projects across regions.
- Willingness to travel regularly to gym locations across the EU, US, and APAC as the rollout scales.
Nice to have
- PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification.
