Strategy & Execution Intern (Robotics)

Location: On-site in Stuttgart, Germany; occasional work from home is available when needed.

What you will do

• Plan and manage cross-departmental projects to ensure timely, high-quality implementation.
• Support teams with core business operations and process optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
• Prepare reports and presentations for strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with the Founder, Founders Associate, and multiple teams to support company growth and organizational transformation.

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for deliverables.
• Proactive approach to solving problems and adapting quickly to new topics.
• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work across departments.
• Ability to contribute ideas and support projects in a dynamic environment.
• Availability to work on-site in Stuttgart, Germany, with home working available when needed.
