Solution Manager (Robotics)

Location: Hybrid role based in Stuttgart, Germany, with regular team meetings at the Stuttgart office; willingness to travel up to 50% to customer warehouses across Europe.

What you will do

• Analyze customer requirements and develop tailor-made intralogistics solution concepts.
• Coordinate and implement projects with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Translate technical requirements into practical, customer-oriented solutions.
• Identify new market potential and technology trends to improve the company’s offerings.
• Support customer onboarding, training, and long-term satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in intralogistics, logistics consulting, or fulfillment operations.
• Strong understanding of intralogistics technologies, systems, and tools.
• Proficient German and English communication skills.
• Excellent self-organization, multitasking, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Collaborative working style across on-site and virtual settings.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to customer warehouses across Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience with layout creation, CAD tools, or intralogistics simulation software.
• Interest in expanding knowledge of robotics and AI.
