Strategy & Execution Manager (Robotics)

What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives from conception through implementation, managing timelines, resources, risks, and outcomes.
• Analyze organizational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable process improvements.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, external partners, and cross-departmental information flow.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and KPI dashboards that turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Work closely with the Founder, Founders Associate, and multiple teams to support expansion and transformation initiatives.

• Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and proactively solve problems.
• Strong cross-departmental collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new topics and contribute practical, innovative ideas.
• Willingness to work on-site in Stuttgart.
