Senior Recruiter

Location: Hybrid - United States

Base salary: $123,000–$150,000 per year, plus equity, benefits, and an annual bonus or commission plan.

What you will do

• Own the full life-cycle recruiting process for roles across Product, Data Science, and Fin/Ops at multiple levels.
• Create search strategies to identify, attract, and engage qualified talent through existing and new sourcing channels.
• Partner with hiring managers and teams to qualify candidates and clarify business and hiring needs.
• Deliver frequent, high-touch communication throughout the recruiting process to support a strong candidate and hiring-manager experience.
• Improve scalable recruiting processes, best practices, and Talent Acquisition initiatives across branding, operations, diversity, training, documentation, and programming.
• Build an active candidate network through market presence and research-based industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading recruitment searches from inception to close across multiple functions and levels.
• Experience with structured recruiting methodologies and project-management-based talent acquisition.
• Experience acting as a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers, hiring teams, and candidates.
• Strong sourcing, research, candidate-generation, pipeline-management, and reporting skills using an ATS; Ashby experience is preferred.
• Expertise with advanced sourcing methodologies and AI-assisted tools.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for commercial roles in SaaS.
• Experience with Ashby.
