Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America. Relocation available.
Salary: $116,150β$182,400 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do
- Work across all phases of industrial design and product development, including research, concept and design-language development, CAD modeling, specifications, and supplier engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Review design concepts and project activities against design standards, usability goals, and product requirements.
- Develop concepts, presentations, and design executions that translate ideas into tangible product outcomes.
- Support product strategies, emerging-technology integration, and continuous improvement of design processes and quality.
- Contribute to project timelines and key milestones across multiple project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Industrial Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in industrial design or product development.
- Experience with 3D modeling and CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Pro/E, or Rhino.
- Knowledge of industrial design, product design, new product development, prototyping, and manufacturing processes.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering principles, UX/UI fundamentals, user research, visual communication, and project workflow management.
