Location: On-site in the Buenos Aires or New York City office

Salary: NYC compensation range of $165,000–$190,000 per year; total compensation also includes equity and benefits. Compensation varies by location.

What you will do

• Design and ship marketing pages, landing pages, campaign sites, and launch pages.
• Partner with front-end and design engineers from concept through production, QA, and launch.
• Design within and help evolve the web design system using real components and constraints.
• Prototype interactions and page-level motion, providing implementation-ready specifications.
• Translate marketing briefs into high-conversion, on-brand web experiences.
• Audit and refine the existing website and occasionally create connected email, social, and event assets.

Requirements

• Demonstrated autonomy owning web design projects from brief through shipped page.
• Strong command of web design fundamentals, including layout, typography, grids, hierarchy, and their translation into code.
• Portfolio showing a high level of craft on real, shipped websites.
• Fluency in Figma and AI tools, with comfort collaborating closely with front-end and design engineers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain creative decisions, incorporate feedback, and deliver quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Ability to work on-site from the Buenos Aires or New York City office.

Nice to have

• Hands-on HTML/CSS experience.
• Experience with component-based design systems.
• Experience creating product-adjacent web surfaces and connected campaign assets.
