What you will do

• Develop and maintain child themes and custom templates for landing pages and blogs.
• Optimize site performance using caching, minification, and CDN integration to achieve fast load times.
• Implement security measures using tools like Wordfence and Sucuri.
• Convert designs from Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD into pixel-perfect, responsive layouts.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to troubleshoot bugs and support CMS usage.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional WordPress development experience.
• Must be based in the United States and available during U.S. business hours.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with hosting platforms such as cPanel, WP Engine, SiteGround, or Kinsta.
• Ability to debug issues independently and communicate clearly with non-technical teams.
