Web Developer/Designer (WordPress)

What you will do

• Design and develop custom WordPress websites using Oxygen Builder.
• Write clean, responsive front-end code with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Implement and support website functionality using PHP.
• Apply SEO best practices to site structure, on-page content, and performance.
• Write and optimize website content while improving page speed, user experience, and Core Web Vitals.
• Troubleshoot website issues and manage tasks, timelines, and stakeholder communication in Monday.com.

Requirements

• Proven experience with WordPress and Oxygen Builder.
• Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience implementing SEO best practices, content writing, and on-page optimization.
• Experience managing work in Monday.com.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Nice to have

• Agency or multi-client experience.
• Performance optimization and Core Web Vitals experience.
• Basic CRO or UX strategy experience.
