Web Experience Lead (AI)

Location: New York City, on-site

Base salary: $120,000–$200,000 annually, plus equity.

Peec is a Series A company with more than $10M ARR and an 80+ person team across its Berlin headquarters and New York office.

What you will do

• Own the website end-to-end, from first impression through product signup.
• Shape website structure, UX, design quality, messaging, and performance.
• Increase organic traffic through SEO foundations, site structure, and content architecture.
• Continuously improve the homepage, product pages, pricing, blog, documentation, and landing pages.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Design to align the website with the product narrative and quality.
• Manage designers and external collaborators with clear direction and high quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience owning and evolving a website at a high-growth B2B SaaS company with a strong design standard.
• Strong product and UX judgment, with attention to navigation, clarity, storytelling, and user experience.
• Hands-on experience with modern CMS and web tooling such as Webflow, Framer, headless setups, or similar platforms.
• Experience with CRO, experimentation, analytics, and performance-marketing landing page workflows.
• High ownership, proactive execution, and the ability to ship and iterate continuously.

Nice to have

• Experience at companies recognized for exceptional web and product craft, such as Framer, Raycast, Linear, or Notion.
• Strong product marketing instincts and experience translating positioning into product pages.
• Experience building scalable landing page systems for growth teams.
• Experience working with designers and agencies while maintaining strong internal direction.
