What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant for internal and external stakeholders during the sales cycle.
• Lead product demonstrations and deep-dive sessions to address prospect business needs.
• Collaborate on RFI/RFP responses and security/privacy questionnaires.
• Provide actionable product feedback to the product management team based on market trends.
• Act as a customer-facing evangelist by speaking at industry events and authoring content.
• Maintain expert knowledge of hirify.globalOne and Legal Data Intelligence use cases.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• 7+ years of experience supporting SaaS applications, including 4+ years in sales engineering, client services, or consulting.
• Strong technical understanding of Legal Data Intelligence use cases (litigation, investigations, DSAR).
• Knowledge of Generative AI in the context of legal document review.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales opportunities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
