Senior Buyer (Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid role based in Austin, Texas, United States

What you will do

• Maintain supply chain operations in the US, with occasional support for EU operations.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to balance cost efficiency and quality.
• Maintain optimal stock levels, manage replenishment, and monitor inventory and warehouse balances.
• Create and manage purchase orders and process stock operations for the R&D team.
• Maintain accurate asset accounting and data in the ERP system.
• Coordinate transportation, deliveries, shipments between locations, and supplier performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of procurement and supply chain experience.
• Experience managing procurement within the US.
• Knowledge of stock control and inventory management principles.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• English: professional working proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience procuring technology, electronics, or hardware.
• Knowledge of US import and export regulations.
