Global Head of Talent Acquisition (AI)

Location: New York, New York, United States; hybrid work model for office-based teams

Annual base salary: $240,000–$280,000 USD, plus discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits

What you will do

• Own global talent acquisition strategy across AI/ML, software engineering, neocloud, infrastructure, and data center functions.
• Build and lead a high-performing recruiting team, including specialized sourcing capabilities for hard-to-find technical talent.
• Partner with technical and executive leaders to translate roadmap and headcount plans into focused hiring strategies.
• Own employer brand and top-of-funnel strategy in highly competitive technical talent markets.
• Design and improve interview processes, leveling, evaluation practices, and hiring infrastructure.
• Track pipeline health, funnel metrics, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and workforce forecasts while supporting multi-country hiring and location strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including significant leadership of global TA functions at a fast-scaling technology company.
• Proven experience building recruiting teams, systems, and infrastructure from the ground up.
• Deep experience hiring software engineering and AI/ML professionals; infrastructure, cloud, or data center hiring experience is valuable.
• Track record of influencing senior technical and executive leaders on hiring strategy, headcount planning, and organizational growth.
• Experience scaling employer brand and sourcing strategies in competitive technical talent markets.
• Strong command of talent acquisition metrics, data, global talent markets, and communication with senior technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring for neocloud, data center, or large-scale infrastructure build-outs.
• Experience building TA functions in AI-native or deep-tech companies at hypergrowth stage.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing and AI-assisted recruiting tools.
• Experience partnering on workforce and location strategy or scaling a TA organization through a major inflection point.
