Senior Talent Partner (Product)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid work

Salary: $130,000–$180,000 annual base salary, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake and calibration through offer close and handoff.
• Partner with senior product leaders to define role scope, level, hiring plans, and search strategy.
• Build high-quality pipelines through passive candidate outreach in competitive markets.
• Use recruiting data, funnel metrics, and market insights to improve hiring efficiency and decision-making.
• Lead calibration conversations around compensation, level, and candidate profiles.
• Improve job descriptions, interview processes, stakeholder alignment, and the overall candidate experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent partnership experience.
• Meaningful experience supporting Product, Design, Creative, Growth, or related product and technical functions.
• Experience partnering with senior hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders on complex hiring goals.
• Demonstrated success hiring passive talent in competitive markets.
• Strong experience using recruiting data to influence decisions and solve hiring challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with sound judgment in challenging stakeholder situations.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for Product Management in a fast-paced, high-growth, or mission-driven environment.
• Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, or talent mapping.
• Experience improving interview design, calibration, and candidate experience at the function level.
• Familiarity with healthcare, digital health, or other complex regulated product environments.
