Senior Recruiter

Location: Remote for candidates located in Canada, the New York Metro Area within a 2-hour commute to NYC, or Raleigh, North Carolina; minimal travel may be required.

Base salary: $100,000–$120,000 USD or $95,000–$110,000 CAD annually.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle North America recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across functions and levels.
• Define search strategies and candidate profiles with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
• Partner with senior and executive leaders by presenting market insights, candidate slates, and hiring recommendations.
• Mentor and coach recruiters while sharing sourcing, interviewing, and candidate-management practices.
• Use recruiting data, metrics, AI-enabled tools, scorecards, and Workday processes to improve hiring outcomes and compliance.
• Deliver a transparent, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience while managing complex searches and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior or specialized searches.
• Experience handling hard-to-fill or confidential searches across multiple functions and seniority levels in North America.
• Executive presence, strong business acumen, and the ability to communicate credibly with senior leaders.
• Experience mentoring or informally leading recruiters and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple complex searches, and adapt recruiting strategies to ambiguous situations.
