Senior Recruiter

Location: Remote United States; candidates must be located in the New York Metro Area or within a 2-hour commute to NYC. Minimal travel may be required based on business needs.

Base salary: $100,000–$120,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across North America, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates at all levels.
• Develop search strategies with hiring managers and HR partners, aligning requirements, candidate profiles, and market conditions.
• Partner with senior and executive leaders by presenting market insights, candidate slates, and hiring recommendations.
• Mentor recruiters and share best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management.
• Advise leaders on compensation, market trends, interview approaches, and complex hiring decisions.
• Use recruiting metrics, Workday processes, scorecards, and AI-enabled tools to improve hiring consistency and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior or specialized searches.
• Proven success with hard-to-fill or confidential searches across multiple levels and functions.
• Experience recruiting senior-level roles across North America and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Experience mentoring or informally leading other recruiters.
• Strong business acumen, executive presence, communication skills, adaptability, and ability to work independently.
