Maintenance Technician III - Filling (Day Shift)

What you will do

• Perform emergency repairs, equipment rebuilding, inspections, testing, adjustments, line turnarounds, changeovers, and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, Rockwell, Ignition, Wonderware, Siemens, Emerson, and B&R systems.
• Use electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, and environmental monitoring tools to diagnose equipment issues.
• Install new equipment, oversee upgrades, and support validation and continuous improvement projects.
• Train Production Operators on equipment setup, minor adjustments, and repairs.
• Complete work orders, batch records, GMP documentation, housekeeping, 5S activities, and inventory procedures.

Requirements

• Experience maintaining and supporting equipment performance in a regulated production environment.
• Ability to interpret diagrams, drawings, PLC code, and schematics.
• Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems such as Maximo or SAP.
• Ability to understand, read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift and handle equipment change parts, tooling, and maintenance materials.
• Ability to maintain required aseptic processing and gowning certifications.

Nice to have

• High school, vocational school, engineering associate degree, or related mechanical trade school background.
• Experience with automated equipment and training in mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, or electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SAP, KRONOS, or other MRP systems.
• Experience with OEE, TPM, LEAN, or continuous improvement systems.
