Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Mateo, California, United States; hybrid work with office attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for employees based in geo-hubs.

What you will do

• Own and scale product areas within the Insurance AI platform, focusing on claims automation and operational workflows.
• Define priorities and execute across multiple workstreams while balancing delivery speed and long-term scalability.
• Translate customer needs and insurer workflows into product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, and ML teams to deliver technically sound, production-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to align product decisions with customer usage and business needs.
• Monitor product performance and iterate using data, customer feedback, and operational impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or data-driven products.
• Experience owning and scaling complex product areas in fast-moving environments.
• Strong experience working with engineering teams on backend- or data-heavy systems.
• Ability to make tradeoffs quickly while maintaining focus on outcomes.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, technical environment.
