Location: Arlington, Texas; onsite Monday-Friday at the warehouse

What you will do
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain target safety stock for the Texas and New Jersey warehouses.
- Create and process weekly purchase orders, verifying quantities, specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Track shipments and coordinate receipts with procurement clerks at both warehouses.
- Manage supplier delivery performance, quality metrics, pricing, and service terms.
- Identify cost-reduction opportunities through contract reviews, price benchmarking, and process improvements.
- Prepare weekly procurement KPI and days-on-hand reporting and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets and comfort working with data and numbers.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, work autonomously, and solve problems proactively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday at the Arlington, Texas warehouse.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Warehouse experience and familiarity with fashion retail, e-commerce, or rental business models.
- Internship or 1–2 years of supply chain, procurement, or operations experience.
- Knowledge of ABC analysis, reorder points, and safety stock concepts.
