Supply Chain Analyst (Automotive AI)

Location: On-site in Teaneck, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Manage sales order processing, order entry, and order management activities.
• Coordinate inventory allocation, fulfillment, logistics, and operations to support customer orders.
• Maintain visibility of order backlogs, delivery commitments, inventory allocation records, and ATP accounts.
• Monitor fulfillment performance and delivery timelines, supporting issue resolution with Sales.
• Coordinate with Supply and Material Planning, contract manufacturers, and third-party logistics partners.
• Support the use of AI, machine learning, automation, predictive demand forecasting, data pipelines, and smart inventory optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2+ years of experience in order fulfillment, supply planning, material or inventory management, or supply chain operations.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems; NetSuite is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
