Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: NYC office, hybrid

Salary: $190,000–$225,000 per year, plus equity

hirify.global is a Series B financial technology company building an AI-native platform, client portal, and operational services for independent wealth management advisors.

What you will do

• Identify market and customer opportunities and define product vision, strategy, and success metrics.
• Build and maintain prioritized roadmaps with clear goals and rationale.
• Research customers and markets through user interviews, discovery calls, surveys, industry research, and feedback analysis.
• Write product specifications covering problems, scope, metrics, and delivery plans.
• Own roadmap projects from inception through production while partnering with engineering, design, and business teams.
• Develop product messaging, evaluate outcomes, and maintain cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of experience at a high-growth technology startup.
• Experience developing B2B software products with engineers and designers.
• At least one successfully led product or business line at a high-growth startup.
• Strong business, design, and technical judgment.
• Strong experience using AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Claude Code.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B fintech, technology-driven financial services, wealth management technology, RIAs, or broker-dealers.
• Experience launching a product line or services business from zero.
• Experience evaluating, negotiating with, and managing vendor relationships.
• Founder experience or interest in becoming a founder.
• BS/MS in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
