AI Product Manager (B2B SaaS): Building governance operations software that helps legal, finance, tax, and fund teams manage corporate structures and entity data with an accent on customer discovery, product direction, and cross-functional delivery. Location: Remote in Canada or the US; applicants must be able to live and work full-time in either country. Some roles may require proximity to offices in Toronto, Calgary, or Vancouver.

What you will do
- Interview customers and develop a deep understanding of legal, finance, and governance workflows.
- Set product direction and roadmap priorities by balancing customer needs, company goals, and technical feasibility.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to turn complex problems into well-built product solutions.
- Make product decisions using customer insight, market context, pricing, packaging, and segmentation inputs.
- Define product requirements and user stories, and support successful launches with Sales, Support, and Implementation.
- Use AI tools for prototyping and discovery, and identify opportunities to improve customer workflows with emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience building B2B SaaS products.
- Experience owning product areas from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Strong product judgment, communication skills, and ability to make thoughtful trade-offs in fast-moving environments.
- Experience collaborating closely with Engineering and Design and leading customer discovery.
- Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about applying emerging technologies to products and workflows.
- Must be able to live and work full-time in Canada or the US.
Nice to have
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Experience in LegalTech, FinTech, or complex enterprise software.
