Product Manager (AI)

hirify.global provides a cloud-based scheduling, payments, customer management, marketing, and point-of-sale platform for service businesses, multi-location chains, and franchises.

What you will do

• Own specific product areas from strategy and ideation through execution, launch, and ongoing improvement.
• Gather customer requirements and translate them into actionable product stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
• Define and manage multi-release roadmaps aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive product capabilities using Gen AI and LLM technologies.
• Analyze product performance and customer feedback, using data analytics to measure AI-powered features and guide improvements.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Training, and Support to drive adoption and minimize disruption during product changes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B software product development or product management experience.
• Track record of launching successful features and managing them across multiple releases.
• Highly process-driven and detail-oriented approach to organizing and documenting requirements.
• Ability to work effectively with fast-paced, agile engineering teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a self-motivated working style.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems preferred.
