Growth Marketer (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco 5 days per week

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 base salary per year, plus equity and commission

What you will do

• Plan and execute field events and executive dinners to create high-quality pipeline.
• Own paid acquisition across channels and run experiments to drive efficient growth.
• Launch and manage webinar programs that educate prospects and generate demand.
• Build and scale SEO initiatives to capture high-intent organic traffic.
• Develop growth collateral, tools, and systems as the marketing function scales.
• Define the growth playbook, channel strategy, and campaign execution from the ground up.

Requirements

• Experience working at an early-stage startup.
• Experience hosting events and dinners for senior executives and stakeholders.
• Ability to create LinkedIn content and blog posts for the ideal customer profile.
• Experience managing campaigns end-to-end, from ideation through execution.
• Comfort experimenting across channels and building pipeline from scratch.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, product, and design teams.
