hirify.global is building an AI operating system that helps large enterprises simplify complex SAP environments and deliver system changes faster.

What you will do

• Own key parts of the monthly and quarterly close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analysis.
• Manage assigned accounting areas such as cash, accruals, payroll, capitalised commissions, fixed assets, and revenue-related balances.
• Prepare financial analyses and reporting packages aligned with forecasts and business drivers.
• Improve and automate close processes, internal controls, and reporting workflows.
• Support audits and reviews by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Partner with the founders, legal counsel, Finance, and the wider business.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience owning accounting work end-to-end with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to improve processes and explore automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Big Four or high-growth technology company experience.
• CPA or equivalent certification.
• Exposure to revenue or product accounting.
