Accounting Manager

hirify.global is building an AI workflow automation platform that helps healthcare operators reduce manual work, improve compliance, and unlock revenue across health systems, pharmacies, and payors.

What you will do

• Run continuous, month-end, and year-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, close calendars, and general ledger completion.
• Manage revenue and billing operations, including ERP revenue subledger administration, invoicing, collections, reporting, and reconciliation to the general ledger.
• Own corporate card, expense, and employee reimbursement operations through Ramp.
• Process payroll through Rippling, including employee setup, payment accuracy, commissions, and general ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate, structured financial data and reliable flows across Campfire, Ramp, Salesforce, Rippling, and Replit.
• Identify automation opportunities and use AI tools for reconciliations, research, data cleanup, and documentation.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in public accounting, such as Big Four or equivalent, followed by an industry accounting role.
• Hands-on ownership of accounting operations and month-end close processes.
• Strong systems and data mindset with attention to accounting logic, data flows, accuracy, and documentation.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor with no direct reports.
• Regular use of AI tools for accounting work and interest in expanding their application.

• Experience in startup or high-growth environments, particularly before or shortly after an audit.
