Senior Finance Analyst (AI)

Location: UK-based remote role with in-person attendance at the London hub once per month; company-wide gatherings take place twice per year.

What you will do

• Run the hands-on finance reporting cycle, including month-end journals, consolidation, and first-draft management accounts.
• Manage billing, invoicing, payment approvals, expenses, and credit control.
• Oversee the Bookkeeper’s transactional work and support revenue recognition.
• Design, build, and own AI-enabled finance automations and processes.
• Partner with cost centre owners and budget holders to manage spend.
• Prepare data for UK and US tax compliance, investor and bank reporting, and the annual audit.

Requirements

• Big Four audit experience.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Process improvement experience and an efficiency-focused mindset; prior extensive AI automation experience is not required.
