Deployment Strategist (AI)

Salary: $130,000–$230,000 per year, plus equity and bonus

hirify.global is building an AI layer for professional services and software implementation, automating documentation, discovery, and decision-making across enterprise services work.

What you will do

• Meet customer teams to understand implementation methodologies, pain points, workflows, and critical deliverables.
• Configure and customize hirify.global’s AI agents for customer workflows and artifact requirements.
• Lead onboarding and training sessions so customer teams become productive quickly.
• Identify opportunities to expand the platform across project types, teams, and use cases.
• Translate customer insights into product improvements with engineering and create scalable deployment playbooks.
• Build demos, present proposals to audiences from consultants to C-suite executives, and represent hirify.global at customer sites and industry conferences.

Requirements

• 2–10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, customer success, or solutions engineering, ideally in enterprise software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with technical concepts, data, APIs, and configuration; coding is not required.
• Experience running or supporting enterprise software implementations.
• Background in requirements gathering, business analysis, or solutions architecture.
• Intellectual curiosity, customer obsession, adaptability, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias for action.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Workday, ServiceNow, or implementation methodologies.
• Experience at an early-stage startup.
• Exposure to AI/ML products and their deployment.
• Coding experience.
