Implementation Consultant

Location: San Francisco, CA or Remote (USA)

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 base salary per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Deliver the hirify.global Accelerator onboarding program for new customers.
• Maintain regular customer engagement from sales handoff through value realization.
• Create implementation plans aligned with customer goals and track progress through onboarding reviews.
• Build customer champions and help customers develop deep product knowledge.
• Coordinate customer needs with Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, Sales, and other teams.
• Identify adoption risks, create mitigation plans, and document use cases, case studies, and success metrics.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in financial audit or assurance is required.
• 3+ years of experience in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or a similar field.
• Experience at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup is preferred.
• Strong consulting, project management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills across multiple customers and projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, influence change, and work with minimal oversight.
• Remote work is limited to the USA, or the role can be performed from the San Francisco office.
