TL;DR

Technical Support Engineer (Integrations) (Fintech): Troubleshooting and resolving technical obstacles across the Accounting Transformation Platform and its ecosystem of integrations with an accent on API troubleshooting, ERP connectivity, and client configuration. Focus on resolving L1-L3 support cases, optimizing customer environments, and collaborating with R&D to improve product stability.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office: Tue-Thu) in Los Angeles, CA, Chicago, IL, or Austin, TX. Visa sponsorship is NOT available.

Salary: $60,000 - $90,000

What you will do

  • Manage and prioritize support cases, delivering solutions via email and screen share.
  • Troubleshoot root causes of error messages and unexpected behaviors in the platform.
  • Perform technical configuration to optimize customer environments according to best practices.
  • Handle L1, L2, and L3 cases specifically for ERPs, Cloud Storage, SSO, and Banks.
  • Utilize tools like Postman, log analysis, and session replay for deep-dive debugging.
  • Collaborate with Product and Education teams to create and update Knowledge Base articles.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Technical Support or IT.
  • Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced B2B environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Los Angeles, Chicago, or Austin.
  • Must have valid US work authorization (no visa sponsorship).

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software.
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems like Zendesk, Salesforce, or JIRA.
  • Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSO).
  • Knowledge of ERPs or other accounting/finance tools.
  • Experience with AI-powered support tools or automation strategies.
