Senior Master Scheduler II (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global's global headquarters in Long Beach, California, United States

Base pay: $125,000–$155,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated schedules for Space Systems development and manufacturing programs.
• Align schedules with project objectives and resource availability while identifying bottlenecks and supporting mitigation strategies.
• Partner with Project Managers, Engineering, and Supply Chain to maintain accurate program data and signals.
• Create schedule reports and dashboards covering performance and margin erosion for Program Managers.
• Maintain scheduling tools and processes using ERP/MRP, SQL, and Power BI to improve reporting quality and efficiency.
• Set production priorities, reduce lead times, and support root cause analysis and scalable process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles.

Requirements

• 8+ years of scheduling experience in New Space, aerospace, or another technical industry, plus a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 12+ years of total work experience may substitute for the degree.
• Detailed knowledge of MS Project and Jira.
• Ability to read technical documentation and understand complex hardware assembly sequences.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and basic SQL or Power BI experience for tracking health metrics.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to program requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Nice to have

• Infor LN ERP experience.
• VBA or Python experience for automating scheduling workflows.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
• Independent project ownership and initiative.
