Master Scheduler (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Salary: $160,000–$220,000 per year

What you will do

• Own Integrated Master Schedules for products, programs, capabilities, and production sites.
• Sequence engineering, procurement, construction, equipment installation, and qualification activities across concurrent NPI and factory-buildout workstreams.
• Maintain schedule updates and ensure reliable data supports decision-making.
• Track performance against baselines, identify risks, quantify change impacts, and drive solutions to protect delivery commitments.
• Facilitate cross-functional schedule reviews and align stakeholders on milestones, deliverables, and resource trade-offs.
• Define scheduling standards and automate scheduling processes for scale.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in integrated scheduling, project management, engineering, or manufacturing planning.
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing an Integrated Master Schedule.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling methodologies, duration estimation, and risk qualification.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet, including automations and connectors.
• Strong stakeholder partnership, communication, and accountability-driving skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required U.S. government authorizations under ITAR regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, robotics, or other complex hardware manufacturing industries.
• Experience with multi-site or multi-program production environments.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar analytics tools.
• Experience bringing structure to ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
