Project Manager (Manufacturing)

Salary: $160,000–$220,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own Integrated Master Schedules for products, programs, capabilities, and production sites.
• Sequence development, procurement, construction, equipment installation, and qualification across concurrent NPI and factory-buildout workstreams.
• Maintain schedule updates as a trusted decision-making tool and reliable source of valid data.
• Track performance against baselines, identify risks, quantify change impacts, and drive solutions to protect milestones and delivery commitments.
• Facilitate cross-functional schedule reviews across program, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and operations stakeholders.
• Help define scheduling standards and patterns, and systematize and automate scheduling at scale.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in integrated scheduling, project management, engineering, or manufacturing planning.
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing an Integrated Master Schedule.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling methodologies and principles, including duration estimation and risk qualification.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet, including building automations and connectors.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders, drive accountability, communicate strongly, and build relationships.
• Must meet U.S. Government export-control requirements: be a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations.

• Experience in development and scaling phases of aerospace, defense, automotive, robotics, or other complex hardware manufacturing industries.
• Experience delivering meaningful outcomes in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to bring structure and process to fast-paced environments while maintaining velocity.
• Experience supporting multi-site or multi-program production environments.
