Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Run full-cycle recruiting for critical technical and business roles, from sourcing and outreach through closing.
• Design scalable hiring processes, including structured interviews, scorecards, and recruiting metrics.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Build talent pipelines across AI/ML, engineering, infrastructure, and other key functions.
• Deliver a candidate experience aligned with company standards and values.
• Communicate hirify.global’s mission and long-term vision to attract top-tier talent.

Requirements

• Technical fluency in engineering, AI/ML, and infrastructure, with the ability to assess technical candidates beyond keyword matching.
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to engage elite passive candidates.
• Experience or aptitude for building recruiting processes in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
• Clear, compelling communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organization and ownership across multiple high-priority searches.
• Technical degree and previous experience in a technical role.

Nice to have

• Experience building a recruiting function or interview process from scratch.
• Strong network or familiarity with the Bay Area technical talent ecosystem.
