Early Recruiter (AI)

Salary: $150K–$225K per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Build talent pipelines and recruiting processes from the ground up.
• Source, recruit, and close technical and non-technical candidates.
• Partner with technical and non-technical hiring managers to create effective job descriptions and interview processes.
• Shape the employer brand and candidate messaging in the market.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup.
• Experience evaluating engineering pipelines and partnering with technical hiring managers.
• Ability to use AI and agentic coding tools to automate recruiting workflows and improve productivity.
• Strong judgment when assessing skills and culture fit.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and move quickly while maintaining a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Familiarity with modern recruiting tools.

• Recruiting experience for go-to-market or finance-adjacent roles.
• Curiosity about financial technology or AI.
