Hive Operations Technician (Robotics)

Location: San Ramon, California, USA; in-office. Occasional fieldwork may be required within California, with flexible hours to align with field operations.

Salary: $70,500–$75,000 per year, based on experience.

What you will do

• Monitor hive performance and system alerts through dashboards and automation tools.
• Review camera feeds, operate robotic hive systems, and process alerts through the technician app.
• Close cases accurately by following established workflows and processes.
• Assign field-service tickets with accurate details and priority levels.
• Maintain detailed activity records and escalate issues when necessary.
• Coordinate daily operations with teams based in the United States and Israel and occasionally support field activities in California.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in remote equipment operation, robotic equipment operation, or technical support.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency when following processes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfort working with dashboards, ticketing systems, and workflow tools.
• Technical or gamer mindset, reliability, self-motivation, and strong follow-through.
• Ability to work in the San Ramon office and openness to occasional fieldwork within California.
