Command Center Operator (Robotics)

Location: 100% onsite in Wilmington, Massachusetts, USA. Shift-based role with typical 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 Remote Operations Center. Up to 5% travel may be required, with training travel potentially up to 100%.

Base salary: $71,000–$97,900 per year, plus medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), PTO and other benefits.

What you will do

• Monitor automation system performance, availability and operational use cases while coordinating with onsite teams.
• Support incident response, troubleshoot software and robotic system issues, and escalate problems to engineers and subject matter experts.
• Assess automated vehicle failures, examine log files, identify root causes and alert service personnel.
• Develop standard operating procedures, documentation and best practices for Remote Operations Center workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization and performance enhancement initiatives for warehouse automation.
• Communicate with technology, operations, customer and onsite teams to maintain system uptime and operational quality.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Industrial Automation, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a computer or automation environment is desired, with strong knowledge of automation, warehousing and business processes.
• Ability to multitask, work with urgency, communicate details effectively and guide daily standard work.
• Ability to develop data-driven standards, processes and documentation, analyze performance trends and present solutions.
• Written and verbal English literacy required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive or fly to customer locations required.
