Solutions Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote, open to candidates in the Greater London Area; travel to company events and client visits may be required.

What you will do

• Build, configure, and maintain demo environments and assets for Solutions Consulting and Sales.
• Support RFP and proposal responses by researching and articulating technical, security, privacy, and compliance information.
• Organize and maintain accurate, accessible internal knowledge bases.
• Develop deep expertise in the hirify.global platform, its integrations, and customer use cases.
• Identify opportunities for innovation using AI, automation, emerging tools, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Product teams while developing toward a customer-facing Solutions Consultant role.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in technical, pre-sales, consulting, or SaaS-related roles.
• Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics and their third-party integrations.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data flows, and SaaS application integrations.
• Comfort with AI and automation tools, plus an interest in emerging technologies.
• Foundational knowledge of information security, data privacy, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
