Senior Salesforce Business Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Translate business needs from sales-generating teams into practical Salesforce implementations.
• Manage the solution design and deployment lifecycle from requirements through release.
• Lead Salesforce development projects and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Operations, Finance, Product, and Customer Success teams to define Salesforce processes and best practices.
• Develop data security processes and maintain data integrity.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation, development, and maintenance best practices.
• Ability to build functionality using declarative Salesforce features, especially Flows.
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and continuous development.
• Genuine interest in AI and hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude or Cursor.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; English is the working language.
• Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree and Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.

Nice to have

• Experience with large Salesforce organizations and advanced Sales Cloud features such as Sales Territories, Forecasting, and Sales Planning.
• Experience configuring Agentforce agents, Einstein predictive or generative features, Prompt Builder, or Data Cloud.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, Salesforce and Slack integrations, coding, Excel, SQL, BI tools, project management, or change management.
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.
