IT Systems Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with in-office attendance one day per week at the Atlanta office; candidates must live within a commutable distance.

Salary: $115,000–$125,000 USD base salary annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus of up to 10% of base salary.

What you will do

• Administer Okta, configure SSO applications, and build provisioning, deprovisioning, group-trigger, and troubleshooting workflows.
• Own the macOS device fleet through Iru, Jamf, or a similar MDM platform, including blueprints, self-service items, compliance scripts, and lifecycle automation.
• Develop and maintain Python and Bash scripts for packaging, endpoint automation, compliance checks, and API-driven device management.
• Administer Jira and Confluence, document internal processes, triage tickets, and debug workflow automations.
• Deploy enterprise AI tooling, including MCP connectors for business systems and self-service setup scripts for developer AI tools.
• Apply appropriate compliance controls to determine what data can be used with AI tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems engineering or administration.
• Hands-on Okta administration experience, preferably including Okta Workflows or a similar automation platform.
• Experience managing a macOS MDM platform and scripting against its API.
• Administrative experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to build and maintain production automation in Python and Bash.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into enterprise workflows and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
