IT Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own the employee device lifecycle, including provisioning, Kandji MDM enrollment, configuration, and offboarding.
• Manage identity and access across Okta/SSO, Google Workspace, and other SaaS systems.
• Build and maintain onboarding and offboarding workflows, automating processes wherever possible.
• Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, enrollment, and access issues.
• Maintain least-privilege access controls and contribute to the security posture.
• Identify and eliminate repetitive manual work through Bash, Python, or similar scripting.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of IT experience in a startup or fast-moving technology environment.
• Hands-on experience managing modern Mac fleets with Kandji or Jamf.
• Familiarity with SSO and identity management platforms such as Okta.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for device enrollment and access issues.
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
• Ability to write basic scripts in Bash, Python, or a similar language.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a Kandji or Jamf environment, or with Kandji or Rippling.
• Experience building IT infrastructure from scratch at a startup.
• Familiarity with least-privilege provisioning and access review processes.
