Principal Solutions Architect (Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Own the technical success of a small number of strategic customer accounts.
• Understand customer architectures, use cases, teams, and business goals.
• Lead technical issue resolution with the support organization.
• Drive product adoption by identifying new use cases and expansion opportunities.
• Advise customers on product best practices and deliver training sessions and workshops.
• Represent customer feedback to product management and engineering while collaborating on adoption, renewal, and expansion risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Site Reliability Engineer, or Senior Support Engineer.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes, service mesh technologies such as Istio, and API gateways such as Envoy.
• Experience in a post-sales role focused on customer success and adoption.
• Experience managing technical relationships with large strategic customers.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Go, Python, or Bash scripting and programming.
